Janelle Sherman Randle

Janelle Randle is a seasoned technical integrator and geologist with over a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives across the energy sector, including oil and gas, geothermal, and renewables. She brings a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-disciplinary projects through expert planning, execution, and leadership.

Janelle began her career at ExxonMobil as an exploration geoscientist, where she contributed to the discovery and maturation of Haimara-1 in the Guyana Basin. She later served as a project integrator for a reservoir technology startup, where she led strategic proposal development and technical project execution, securing a multi-year, $30M+ contract with a major international client.

Janelle excels at aligning multidisciplinary teams toward clear technical and business goals. She has led technical integration across geothermal, lithium brine, critical minerals, and oil and gas, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and data management systems. Her experience includes developing funding strategies, coordinating Department of Energy ARPA–E reporting, and fostering industry partnerships to drive innovation and growth.

Janelle’s approach combines technical rigor, strategic foresight, ensuring that projects advance both organizational objectives and regulatory priorities. She holds a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Wayne State University.
