Dean has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, primarily in energy operations.  During his three decades at BP, Dean led major operations efforts globally for BP including in Asia and North America.  The breadth of discipline experience includes projects, production operations, logistics, drilling and completions.  Dean has extensive management experience with governmental partners, business partners, regulatory organizations, union and non-union workforces and contractors.  Dean’s last role at BP was VP Operations for Global Projects where he was responsible for developing the operating organizations for fifteen major projects with annual revenue of tens of billions of dollars.
