Mr. Liebelson has more than 35 years of experience in the energy sector, including executive management positions in two publicly traded companies; co-founding and co-managing a highly successful and innovative independent power company; and acting as a hands-on executive for three low-carbon energy development companies. Mr. Liebelson earned a BS in Chemical Engineering with Honors at UC Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance from Wharton.

Since 2021, Mr. Liebelson has been a senior advisor to Gulf Coast Sequestration. Mr. Liebelson works with the leadership team in all phases of the company operations, including subsurface, permitting, commercial agreements and a potential future capital raise.
